Eye Spy Pies, operate 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, baking pies to wholesale through major baking chains around Australia.

In the past Operations Manager David Dipplesman had tried several products to cover their heavily damaged 1000m of flooring. The previous product had worn off quickly, once again leaving the concrete, difficult to clean, unhygenic and susceptable to further damage.

Floorcote designed a 3 coat trowel on system, that would fill the damaged concrete, leaving a flat easy to clean floor. While still being very economical.

Due to the factories 24 hour production schedule, we laid the floor during the Christmas break, this allowed the floor to be laid with virtually no disruption or inconvenience to production.

The Epoxy Floor, has saved much of Eye Spy staff time and frustration cleaning sticky glue like dough from the floor. It also allows them to roll their trolleys around smoothly.

The concrete underneath the epoxy is now protected from water damage, and the whole place is now much more hygenic as no bacteria can breed in the floor.
